Lovely villa just outside the old city walls of stunning Aigues Mortes
Situated less than five minutes walk from the old city of Aigues Mortes, Rives de la Tour is a lovely and very private, gated complex with its own swimming pool and over looking the canal of the Camargue.
The detached villa with parking is one of the largest on the complex with a private garden and large, shaded terrace area - situated opposite the swimming pool. Air conditioned throughout, the villa has four bedrooms - one double on the ground floor with en suite, and a double, twin and single on the first floor. In addition to the open plan kitchen / lounge / diner, there is a games room and a WC on the ground floor, whilst a large bathroom with separate bath, shower, sink, WV and bidet service the first floor.
The fully equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces include a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. A BBQ is available for guests to use and in the integrated garage is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
English TV channels are available in the lounge and there is wi-fi throughout.
But the real jewel, is the old town of Aigues Mortes itself!
Situated a stone's throw from the villa (it's quicker to walk than to drive), Aigues Mortes is a beautiful, medieval town oozing character and history. With dozens of excellent restaurants, bars and boutique shops and galleries, the town provides everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing break away from everyday life.
Should you want beaches, Aigues Mortes is ideally located near the resorts of Grau du Roi and Grand Motte a short journey from the lovely and very historic St Marie de la Mer. Likewise, for those who want a more active holiday, there are plenty of nearby activities ranging from horse riding to water sports to golf - and plenty more. And being located in the heart of the Languedoc region, the town is surrounded by many vineyards - all offering their own and very distinct wines.

Superbe maison pour visiter les alentours
Dans une residence fermée, la maison est au calme et à deux pas de la très belle ville d'Aigues Mortes avec ses salins. La maison est très bien equipé avec 4 chambres, dont une avec salle de bain privative et une de taille assez petite. A l'étage une grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. La maison est intierement climatisé. L'extérieur possède une terrasse et assez de place pour 6 personnes.
La region propose de la nature avec les parques écologique, ses cheveaux selvages, ses oiseaux et les taureaux. Mais également les plages à moins de 15 minutes.

Tres belle maison bien agencée et très propre.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour la maison est situee tout près des remparts ce qui évite de prendre la voiture . A cause de la covid nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais de belles plages sont à peine à 20 minutes de voiture. La maison est belle et agréable et tres pratique pour une famille la terrasse permet de faire de bons barbecues .

Une belle situation
La propriété est agréable, très bien équipée et surtout située dans un lotissement très calme.
La villa est très fonctionnelle avec une jolie terrasse et des chambres confortables.
Elle est à 2 pas d'Aigues-Morte ce qui évite de prendre la voiture pour aller en ville. Les plages ne sont pas très éloignées.
Nous étions 2 couples avec un enfant en bas âge.
Seul inconvénient et c'est le cas dans toute la Camargue, il y a beaucoup de moustique contre lesquels il faut tenter de se protéger.
L'accueil avec Debbie est super.
Nous avons passé un beau séjour et nous recommandons cette location.

Vacances en famille, très agréable.
Belle maison très bien équipée.
Seul bémol pas de clé pour fermer portail de la maison.
Un grand merci à Debbie pour l’accueil et à Simon pour avoir accepté de prolonger la location jusqu’à 19h. jour de notre départ.
