This beautiful villa of 125 m², bastide type, 10 minutes from the sea, was built in 2008.
This is the main home of our little family, so take care; we rent it during our holidays.
The 2 floors are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
It has a green garden (lawn area with automatic watering), trees and a swimming pool.
On the ground floor :
- A contemporary master suite of 20 m² (bedroom, bathroom with Italian shower, dressing) with direct access to the pool: built in 2015
- An independent toilet
- A large open living room including the kitchen (fully equipped), the living room and the dining room
- A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, steam generator)
Upstairs :
- 1 bedroom closed and not accessible for rent
- 2 bedrooms with parquet floors (sleeps 3) completely redone in 2018
- 1 bathroom with toilet and corner bath
Closed parking space in front of the garage.
The villa is quietly located at the end of a dead end. You can easily and quickly walk (5 minutes) to the city center to visit the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes or go to the market.
A deposit will be required upon booking and a certificate of liability insurance.
The linen is provided: sheets, towels, kitchen towel.

Schönes Haus
Wir haben schöne Ferien verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles intakt und neuwertig. Das Pool war ein schöne Abkühlungsmöglichkeit, da es recht heiß war. Im Haus funktioniert die Klimaanlage sehr gut.
Die Lage ist optimal. In max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im touristischen Zentrum von Aigues-Mortes mit Restaurants und Bars. In 15 Minuten mit PKW ist man am Strand von Grau-du-Roi. Die Hausverwalterin war immer für uns da, egal ob für einen Restaurant-Tip oder wegen dem Haus. Gerne wieder.

Logement agréable, calme et propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
La villa de Jérôme est idéale pour les couples, famille, copains. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine pour vous rafraîchir avant d’aller faire un tour à Aigues-Mortes (10 min à pied). Un livret vous explique toutes les choses à savoir au sujet du fonctionnement de la maison.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons vivement cette maison.
