Koffiehuis - Fun for all Ages Near Yosemite

This bright and colorful log house is filled with fun things to do and will serve as a great base camp for your friends or family.

Watch the sunset from the balcony, or take in the surrounding mountain views from the wrap-around porch.

At night, gaze at the stars, or test your skills in the game room.

Initially designed as a Dutch coffee house that has been transported from Holland, the Koffiehuis is gezellig.

PS: There is no wifi/internet at the property. The area gets hot in summer. Though we have three AC unit ( two down and one up), you might feel the summer heat depending on the outside temperature.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Thanksgiving stay

We choose an VRBO every thanksgiving and this year we chose this one. The pool table and fire place were great. Plenty of room for six adults and two children. The location has a restaurant and gas station with a store only 5 minutes away. The neighborhood was nice but the house it on a main road/state road. Things that will make our stay better. There is no firewood available on site but there down the road does. There was a lot of cobwebs throughout the house.and cleanliness was below average. There is limited amount of kitchen supplies, but have enough pots/pans, cups, glasses and silverware Probably won’t stay there again due to the house being off a main road.and that it is dirty.

Rodent infested, filthy, cobwebs everywhere, questionable as soon as you pull up.

Host did a good job of making the property look and seem very nice in the listing by cleverly neglecting to show what’s immediately next to the exterior of the property on all sides. As soon as we found the property, we knew there was going to be a problem. It’s very rundown and in a horrible ugly location with broken down boats and cars on or near the property. This property is not cared for very well and it’s currently on the market for sale. As soon as we went in, we found mice droppings everywhere, especially on the kitchen counters and the cabinets around all the dishes, pots pans, etc. We also located several mouse bait stations, which indicates the owners are aware of the problem and just did not disclose it. Completely unsanitary and unsafe to stay in. The curtains were practically welded to the windows with cobwebs. Windowsills were filthy. The outdoor area is completely unusable as the furniture was so dirty you would have to clean everything to be able to use it . We walked in, took pictures and videos, and left. Tried to call host 4 times and they would not answer and their voicemail inbox was full so we couldn’t leave a message. Tried to contact them via VRBO but they were slow in response and then denied what we said about the property, and expressed zero concern about us just driving 7 hrs to an uninhabitable property for 4th of July weekend. They are now ignoring our messages through VRBO.
