Even after leaving couple of messages and a call for late check in, there was no room available for me at 4am and was sent to their other property across the street. Got the room, it was definitely not a 4star what I had booked but I was not going to complain for a room to get 5hours of sleep.

Frustrating, but ultimately satisfactory stay

there were some issues with the internet, that lasted 1.5 days, but the manager finally got it right. The room was nice and comfortable and the neighborhood is good. (right by the foreigners liquor store)

Cheated. Charged 4-5 times of normal price.

It was standard room. I found out that I was charged almost 4 to 5 times of normal price. I will have think two times before I buy from Hotels.com. Generally they charge Rupees 3000-4000 for the room. They charge me Rupees 16000 per night.
