Short stay

My stay at the hotel was short - only three days - but overall it was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly want to mention Nicole at reception and the gentleman who kindly fixed my television. Both were exceptionally polite and attentive, and I give them a big thumbs up for their service. The only negative part of my experience was my interaction with the manager. She openly told me that the room I was given was not one of the best and had been allocated to me for that reason. I felt this comment was unnecessary and unprofessional, and it did not reflect well on the level of customer service. A polite and pleasant approach is always expected, and in this case I felt that was lacking. Aside from that interaction, the rest of the staff made my stay enjoyable and left a positive impression.

Um hotel 4 estrelas bom, atendimento bom e simpatico, limpo, localizado no centro, confortavel, restaurante p/o cafe-da-manha no ultimo andar c/otima vista e agradavel, buffet de cafe-da-manha mto bom. Havia um festival no centro portanto não podia-se abrir as janelas devido a musica alta até apos meia-noite...e nosso ar condicionado não esfriava...

The hotel is located really close to main attractions, little confusing how to get to the main entrance but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available. Room was clean and quiet.

A couple of us stayed over night after being at a wedding nearby. I called ahead of time to inform them that we wouldn’t be arriving at normal check in time because of the wedding and the receptionist told me it wasn’t a problem. Either way, he took down our names and told us they had staff at the front desk 24 hours. The check in was easy and quick. There was free parking and access to the lobby as well as the rooms. The rooms were clean, we had free breakfast included, and the staff was friendly. I was impressed by the great water pressure in the bathroom because it is rare to find a hotel with it. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The hotel is extremely close to the street with umbrellas. I would definitely return.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Assisting us with information about where to go for a bike ride, where to find a bank to exchange currency, to where to buy some inexpensive Portuguese tile. They were more than happy to assist.

Super nice hotel in the center of town. Well appointed rooms, very helpful staff, great breakfast (wow what a view!) and the roof level cafe/bar was good too for a light, inexpensive evening meal. Had a great stay - thanks!

We arrived a bit late. We were tired and met Michele at the reception,extremely nice person. Next day we met Barbara equally as nice as Michele both fluent in English. Room top notch condition I wish we could have stayed longer. Best breakfast we had for the past week during our visit to Portugal. Thank you Michele, Barbara and Floral Bella .
