Enjoy the sea and elegance of and staying in this beautifully decorated town house. We are on an exclusive Aguada beach boulevard with an AMAZING Desecheo Island view. Walking distance to the beach across the road to all restaurant of the coast. Only 4 minutes to Rincon. Just 20 minutes from Aguadilla Airport and its beaches. The street full of restaurants overlooking the sea. Ideal for surfing sport. Quiet and safe place.

Traveling with my son

Touring Puerto Rico with my son for 10 days. We did not realize this was a multi level condo. It was very cool! Thank goodness I'm a very active fit 70's lady. Enjoyed the rooftop deck for early morning coffee and watching the surfers and kayaker, also the other deck for evening. Great location to explore the beaches, lighthouse ruins, great snorkeling!! Looking to returning to Puerto Rico soon. The Welcome gifts were really nice too!

DO NOT RECOMMEND

The only positive thing about the condo is that we were allowed an early check in time and the location of the place. Other then that.. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. The host is NOT welcoming at all and NOT responsive. In order to get in touch with the host, I had to call VRBO and even VRBO could not get a hold of them. I’ve never had this issue before. We had so many issues and NONE of them were addressed. We weren’t even given an exact address to the condo even after payment. They promised to bring us cleaning supplies, fix the clogged tub and allow us a late checkout time and NONE OF THESE WERE HONORED. We did not have water in the condo for several hours during our stay.. and this lasted the whole week we were there. The host DID NOT respond to any of these issues. There’s a bathroom in the master bedroom but you do NOT have access to it. Both hosts gave us 2 separate reasons as to why we could not have access. If you’re willing to stay at a place where the host isn’t responsive, you have to pay more money during your stay to make yourself feel more comfortable (and by that I mean buy toilet paper, paper towels, etc.. because we were only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people during our 1 week stay).. then by all means, go for it. This was the worst stay I’ve ever encountered with VRBO. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Family vacation

This apartment is in Aguada. It was my cousin & I 1st time in Aguada. Our family lives in Aguadilla & we picked this place because it is close to Aguadilla. And not far from Aguadilla airport- 20 minute car ride. We used Manny's taxi service from Aguadilla airport. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get Uber or a Taxi in Aguada. If it were not for my family living in Aguadilla we would have never left the apartment area. All car rentals were SOLD OUT!! Getting transportation is hard- I recommend this apartment but ONLY if you rent or have a car!! The apartment only has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. The view from the bedrooms are able to see the ocean- beautiful! The kitchen area patio has a nice view on an angle. It's a nice sitting area for 2. The 1st bedroom has a patio view which is nice too. Restaurants are walking distance but be prepared to walk down & up the hill to get there less than 1l0 minutes. Same for the beach which was not overly populated! This apartment is in a residential area good for escaping the city and tourism. I would recommend the property. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive! Beds were comfortable and clean. I recommend a fan in the living room at bare minimum.
