ideally located, Very beautiful new villa of 139 m2 typical Djerbienne fenced garden of 500 m2, close to the beach, downtown Midoun 5 km - near the port of AGHIR public beach - different nice restaurants - swimming pool not overlooked vis - barbecue hut - bikes - market and supermarket - taxis are very affordable - access to well-equipped beaches for a low price relax parasol

Ruhig, aber ungünstig gelegen

Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Leider schwierig ein Taxi zu bekommen. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vor Ort Kontakt sehr schwierige Person. Man zahlt viel Geld für das Haus und soll dann auch noch alles putzen, obwohl man für die Endreinigung noch extra bezahlen muss. Pool war Zuviel Chlor. Poolservice in drei Wochen nur 2x gekommen.

maison fonctionnelle près des plages aghir

très belle maison de style djerbien pouvant accuellir jusqu' à 8 personnes très fonctionnelle barbecue extérieur et salon docana près de la piscine sont un vrai bonheur et nous reviendrons volontiers.
