New 100 m2 villa with jacuzzi, 20 m2 garage and garden located in a residential area 200 meters from the beach in Grau d'Agde.
This villa is composed of a large living room / kitchen, soberly decorated, three spacious bedrooms, and a bathroom. A garden without vis-Ă -vis allows you to sunbathe, make your aperitifs and grills as you wish. In less than a minute on foot, you will be on the warm sand of a family beach.
Nearby you will find:

Lovely beach home in Gray d'Agde

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. We walked along the beach to the flower market on the quai, and were just a short distance from restaurants and stores. A thoroughly enjoyable stay

Es war sehr schön. Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist gemĂŒtlich und bietet uns zu sechst ausreichend Platz fĂŒr alles, was wir gern spielen. Der Whirlpool ist super und wurde von uns im Herbst ausgiebig genutzt. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichbar. Die Garage bietet Platz fĂŒr alle FahrrĂ€der. Es war jetzt nicht lupenrein sauber, aber aus meiner Sicht fĂŒr eine Ferienwohnung in ĂŒblichem Maß gereinigt und sauber genug. Der Vermieter ist extrem nett, bemĂŒht und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Ein wirklich schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. 5 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß. Ein BĂ€cker, Supermarkt und Lidl sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Une belle déconnexion !

3 jours entre entrepreneuses pour déconnecter de notre quotidien, au calme, entre la plage et la jaccuzi
. Puis 3 jours en famille pour déconnecter aussi des écrans
 ;) et nous retrouver là aussi au calme, avec un bain dans la mer en plein mois de février et un jaccuzi encore plus appréciable aprÚs !!! Un vrai bonheur ! Logement propre, moderne, accueillant et Lionel toujours aussi discret et présent à la fois en cas de besoin ! Merci ! Je reviendrai !!
