Great premises and killer staff, but the real kicker is the proximity to the loveliest beach in town. A 30 second walk, and you find yourself in this volcanic creek with gorgeous views of the bay. Did early morning yoga and took a swim as the sun was coming up. This is what this hotel provides – on top of everything else! Also, great breakfast experience. A no-brainer.

Fantastic hotel.

Brilliant hotel, the views were fantastic. Rooms were very comfy and great hotel to chill, especially for couples. Found the breakfast on the the dear side for continental,so only had it the once. Downside the WiFi was non existent,could not connect all week. Walk to the harbour/restaurants was around 20/25 minutes but was a bus every hour by the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was fine. Rooms still have old style key that requires several attempts to figure out how to lock & unlock door. Air conditioning shuts off every time you open balcony door. Must be turned on again. 20 euro breakfast was not worth the price. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Views of ocean were amazing.

Hotel La Grande Conque is FANTASTIC. I stayed there a full week. Every day was magnificent. The front desk staff, especially the young woman who greeted me each day, was amazing, always available, always attentive, simply superb. My room had an amazing view, both from the couch that had a full ocean view through large sliding glass doors that opened to the balcony and from the balcony from which I could see up and down the coast. The room, including bathroom, was incredible--new and clean and well designed. The breakfasts provided each morning (for a small additional fee) were delicious, and sustained me through each beautiful day. The location was very convenient (close to many beaches, harbor, and restaurants) and very quiet each evening. Great places to walk and run. I had a marvelous week at the Hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The warm friendly greetings from the reception staff alone is enough to make us want to stay again. The hotel has a perfect view of the beach and it's literally right on the beach front and also has multiple restaraunts within 5 minutes walk. We will return here soon.

Nice, simple hotel with the view

We booked a sea view room which was a little bit more expensive but the view was definitely worth it. There are two chairs and a table on the balcony so you can really enjoy the view. The service was a little bit limited because of the COVID situation but we were told that we can request things as needed so it wasn't a problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
