The property is in close proximity to the Shangri-La Resort and various golf courses. Guests can enjoy access to 5 miles of golf cart trails, suitable for both walking and biking. A diverse selection of restaurants is readily available nearby.
BEDROOMS (3 Total) Bedroom 1: Primary suite featuring a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. Equipped with TV streaming applications and a DVD player. Also includes a desk area for working.

INTERNET High-speed internet with WIFI is available for streaming applications on the TV's. Additionally, DVD players and a comprehensive collection of DVDs are provided for both children and adults.
OUTDOOR SPACE/DECK A propane grill is available on the deck for grilling. The grassy area is suitable for activities such as cornhole. A fire pit is available for evening enjoyment; guests are requested to provide their own firewood. Smoking is permitted on the deck only.
DOCK (shared with neighboring short term rental) The dock is easily accessible with a gentle slope from the deck, eliminating the need for stairs. It is equipped with chairs and a swim ladder. Boats can be tied up at the dock, or boat slips can be requested. Number of inflatable floats in shed. A veranda on top of the dock offers seating for four. Boat slip available upon request.

Can’t wait to come back. Very nice home and we really enjoyed the large lakefront deck and dock. We had a large group and were able to rent the neighboring home from the owner as well which worked out great.
