DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!! For the most part they stay was cool. The owner or manager of the property was really rude when we asked him to fix the issues with the place. The light flickers and flashes bad enough to give you a headache and makes a loud buzzing noise. When I told the owner he stated “well it’s gonna cost me 2k to fix it.” Which means he knew that there was and issue and he decided not to fix it. When I told him about the ants he offered me a can of raid. When I told him about the shower being cold he said i needed to be patient. Anything that was wrong with this place was made much worse by the owners nonchalant attitude. When I explained to him that the listing boasts of laundry services but there is no washer and dryer on site. He argued with me until I showed him the listing and stated that was a reason and a filter I used to book the place. I was informed that there was a coin laundry up the street. Not to mention. The door is incredibly hard to close and even harder to lock. But based on his initial responses I could see notifying him was getting me nowhere. He was very rude about the entire interaction. Even when I first brought up the light he said u can dim the lights and I will bring you a lamp? He also entered the property when we were not there and turned off the A/C. He offered no type of comfort, or assistance for the issues with the place. If given the chance I’m sure he will continue to offer this place for rent without updates or repairs.

Maison parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Dans un quartier très calme. Très belle vue. Maison très bien équipée et très confortable. Piscine très grande. Quelques passages d’avion (4/5 par jour), mais ce n’est pas gênant du tout. Hôte très sympathique , merci pour les petites attentions à l’arrivée et au départ. Hébergement à recommander.

Wonderful place

Convenient to bakeries and supermarket. Very clean. Host is a wonderfully attentive and thoughtful guy. On Saturday a bit of airplane noise (turnover day, so the airport is unusually busy) and while there is a shower and a bath, there is only one toilet --- otherwise, an ideal place. Would recommend and return.
