Its total length is approximately 8 km and the width is 150 m. Playa del Norte is 3 km long and is mainly visited in summer, but also in winter. There is a modern beach promenade with shops, restaurants, pubs, tourist information, parking spaces and hotels. Bicycles, quads, pedal boats, etc. can be rented. The beach itself has showers and fitness zones as well as lifesavers in high season.
Further north of the beach town of Gandia is L’Alfauir beach, which has a natural dune landscape and a nudist section - a perfect spot for nature lovers.

Super vacances
Nous avons passé 2 semaines à la cosa Rosa et c'etait très bien. La maison est très bien située au calme et au milieu des orangers et des montagnes. La vue est magnifique. Et il y a différentes plages entre 20 et 30 min de la maison. Monty et Maria sont disponibles pour que tout se passe bien. Bref cette location est top nous recommandons. Nous esperons pouvoir y revenir un jour.

We have visited many locations in recent years. This location was really special. The whole house is very detailed from, the garden, to the house and all other areas are well maintained. The big surprise was the sauna, the room was beautifully created. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful. Very service oriented! . Extremely friendly people. We made Some new friends in Spain!

Netter, schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft Casa Rosa
Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles was man gebrauchen kann, ist vorhanden, von Strandzubehör über Küchenausstattung bis hin zur Sauna und einem Pool mit super Aussicht. Der schöne Außenbereich und die gute Ausstattung laden zum Verweilen ein, sodass wir jeden Abend dort gegessen haben. Monty und Maria sind auch sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, was in unserem Fall sehr gut war, weil ich einen Unfall hatte, in den Bergen und sie mir dann weiterhelfen konnten, welches Krankenhaus usw. Maria kam dann sogar noch vorbei und hat mich sprachlich unterstützt, da ich kein Spanisch kann, was auch nicht so selbstverständlich ist. Alles in allem sehr zu Empfehlen ,wir wollen wieder kommen .Gute Tipps gab es auch immer. Vielen Dank.

Super schönes Domizil
Superschönes Ferien Domizil, leider viel zu kurz mein Aufenthalt. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt um eine entspannte Zeit zu verbringen. Die aussenterasse mit der Sauna ist unglaublich und mit dem Ausblick auf die Berge unvergessen. Ich werde bestimmt noch einmal für längere Zeit da sein. Danke

Super Unterkunft, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen !
Wir waren 4 Tage in der Casa Rosa und haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist definitiv die neue Sauna, die wir einweihen durften. Wellness pur! Der überdachte Außenbereich der Sauna ist herrlich, um abends noch draußen zu sitzen und mit einem Glas Wein die Sterne zu beobachten. Den tollen Grill haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Zu Fuß kann man zu einem typisch spanischen Restaurant gehen, wenn man keine Lust hat, selbst zu kochen oder Frühstück zu machen. Freizeitaktivitäten gibt es in der näheren Umgebung jede Menge. Wir haben auf Empfehlung von Monty und Maria schöne Fahrradtouren gemacht und die Strände sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wirklich aufregend war eine geführte Klettertour, bei der man einige Stellen mit Seilrutschen zurücklegen musste. Wer es nicht so sportlich mag, der kann dort auch den großen Hochseilgarten ausprobieren.
Wir können die Casa Rosa wärmstens empfehlen. So ganz nebenbei lernt man auch etwas über Solarenergie und das autarke Leben. Alles funktioniert perfekt und es ist wirklich Nachhaltigkeit, die man dort im Urlaub leben kann.
Den Gastgebern Monty und Maria ein großes Dankeschön für die tollen Tipps zur Umgebung und die Hilfsbereitschaft, mit der alle Fragen beantwortet wurden. Wir kommen wieder!

Eine Oase der Entspannung nach einem Tag am schönen Strand von Gandia
Wir sind absolut begeistert! Der Empfang war wirklich freundlich und wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Monty und Maria sind super Gastgeber und haben das Ferienhaus und den Garten mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Alles im Haus ist neu und sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich ist toll. Der Pool ist sehr schön und man hat die Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen zum Entspannen (Sonne oder Schatten). Der Kater Lucky, der auf dem Grundstück zuhause ist, leistet dabei gerne sehr nette Gesellschaft :-).
Die Umgebung ist ruhig und voll mit Orangenbäumen. Am super schönen Strand ist man mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten. Sehr sauber und man kann jeden Tag an einer anderen Bucht das Meer genießen und die vielen Sportangebote nutzen wenn man denn will.
Wir haben einen Segeltörn mit Monty und Maria auf ihrem Boot gebucht und hatten einen echt tollen Nachmittag. Segeln, Angeln und Schnorcheln waren wirklich ein Erlebnis.
