Our home has a classic facade with modern red highlights to throw that pop of vogue into your holiday! Step onto the porch, through our bright red doors and into the entryway. Here at the front of the house you will find your three bedrooms. The master bedroom is made up of a queen-sized bed, a huge floor-to-ceiling built-in-robe and a charming ornate fireplace on timber hard-wood floors. The next bedroom on the right has a queen-sized bed, floor-to-ceiling built-in-robes with carpeted flooring and third bedroom contains a sofa bed and dedicated workspace in a warm welcoming space of exposed brick feature with timber accents in flooring and a long desk for those who simply cannot completely escape the grind.

Venture further and you will find our incredible bathroom on the left with a separate toilet so you’ll never be waiting to use the facilities! Modern and chic with textured white tiling, double vanities, a skylight, walk-in-shower and a large freestanding bathtub ready for you to grab a book, your bottle of complimentary 200ml Never Never G&T and prepare some bubbles to just soak your stress away! Nothing says luxe more than this space.

This is a private house all to yourself and you won`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Parking is available for a vehicle in the drive way. Street parking is also available.

Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
