The home unfolds into a generous open-plan living zone designed for gathering. The lounge invites you to stretch out with a movie and surround sound, or ease into the armchair with a book as the gas log fire flickers beside you. Light streams through skylights overhead, shifting beautifully throughout the day.

The kitchen anchors the space with a broad island bench that naturally becomes the social centre. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before a city meeting or sharing evening drinks, everything is within reach, including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and generous prep space. The adjacent dining area comfortably hosts long, relaxed meals under natural light.

Glass bifold doors extend the living zone outdoors to a covered alfresco setting. Here, a BBQ, ceiling fan and outdoor heating allow you to entertain comfortably across seasons, from summer dinners to cooler Adelaide evenings.

At the front of the home, three distinct retreats offer flexibility. The primary bedroom pairs a queen bed with built-in robes and a decorative fireplace, framed by warm timber floors. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, soft carpet and ample storage. The third bedroom doubles as a study, featuring a sofa bed and a built-in desk set against an exposed brick wall, ideal for remote work or quiet focus.

The bathroom is thoughtfully appointed with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub positioned beneath a skylight, with a separate toilet adding everyday convenience.

A full laundry with a washing machine and ironing facilities supports longer stays.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
