Disappointing
This is a comfortable hotel but the check in process is ridiculous. It required the guest to take a photo of themselves holding an ID and a receipt for accommodation. Also had to pay for parking ($15 x 4 = $60) that was clearly listed as ‘free’ on Hotels.com. Communication was difficult and no acknowledgement of the parking issue. Won’t recommend or stay here again
