The stunning volcanic sands at Fanabe beach are just a 15-minute walk away, whilst a selection of restaurants, shops and a large supermarket are just across the road. The villa is designed to a high specification with a bright, modern décor and four spacious bedrooms spread over three levels. Be sure to bag the master bedroom on the first floor, as it comes complete with a flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool area.
A glistening swimming pool is at your disposal which also benefits from pool heating*. Another great advantage of this beautiful villa is the fact that it is within the same complex as Villas Acacia, Belladonna and Campanula – making it ideal for those wanting to holiday with extended or multiple families yet maintain a level of privacy.

Please note, an internal staircase leads to the garage on the lower ground floor. Access to the bedroom, shower room and utility is off the garage.

Lovely villa, some little home touches missing

I stayed with my partner and 1yr old. The Villa has lots of space and good outdoor area. The pool was too cold for our son to swim in, we were there in overcast weather so this could have contributed and when I asked them to send someone round they acted quickly and it did get slightly warmer. Rooms clean and functional. Glad we had a bbq to use! The kitchen is lacking in utensils, huge bowls that are impractical and only bbq utensils to use in the kitchen. We counted 24 mugs but not one wine glass! Some little touches need to be put in to make you feel at home (fine if you’re not cooking) but otherwise a lovely stay. Great contact with Solmar villas and UK helpline really helped.
