This newly built property has a lot of clean, curved lines that define the style, modern minimalist architecture. Perched high on the hillside, the villa is only about a 5-minute drive from Las Americas beach.
The main entrance leads into the double height hall with access to the kitchen, dining and living areas which blend seamlessly and benefit from the panoramic sea views. Floor-to-ceiling folding doors allow the living space to extend into the sparkling infiniti pool area. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower and an outdoor shower, benefiting from the stunning views. The villa also has three other double rooms with bathrooms. On the lower floors of the villa, we find the garage, a games room with ping pong table, billiards and the gym.
But if we should highlight something in the villa, it is the impressive Jacuzzi located on the upper floor of the villa, where you can contemplate the spectacular sunsets.
