302 Comfy Studio With View And Pool:
New studio, renovated to a very good standard and ready to offer you the relaxation you deserve during your holidays.

The studio overlooks the pool and the sea beyond and has an optimal position for sun exposure. This studio has the

following amenities:

- Kitchen

- Balcony

- Private bathroom

- TV

- Cot (on request).

- High chair (on request if available).

Bed linen and bath towels provided.

Flexible arrival and departure times, if possible (to be agreed in advance).

For arrivals after 10.30 p.m. there is an extra charge of 20 euros.There is an additional charge of 100 euros for the loss of keys to change the lock.



The apartment is 3 km from Aqualand and 2 km from Siam Park.

Only 15 km from Tenerife South Airport.

Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections. (bus stop in front of the complex)

There are several free parking spaces in the area, there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, car

rental, gym.

Walking distance to Playa de Las Americas and Playa de Troya.



The community is currently carrying out exterior works. We do not have an exact completion date for the works at this time.One of the complex's two swimming pools will be closed for improvement and maintenance work from 24/09 to 30/11

Die Wohnung ist super schmutzig und sieht nicht aus wie auf den Fotos der Plastik Tisch auf der Terrasse ist braun. Es ist keine schöne Wohnung, renoviert wurde es bestimmt vor höchstens 10 Jahren frisch renoviert trifft in keiner Weise zu. Die Lage ist super. Die Betten nicht bequem und man hat insgesamt ein sehr merkwürdiges Unwohles Gefühl wenn man da ist. Kein spüli oder was zum abwaschen. Teneriffa und Lage top aber die Wohnung Quatsch! Kein gratis wlan wussten nicht das man heutzutage noch auf so etwas achten muss.

Unmögliches Appartement. Keine Becher/Tassen, kein Kleiderschrank, um Kleider aufzuhängen. Waschmaschine total kaputt. Kein WLAN. Klodeckel kaputt. Von der Agentur keine Antwort wegen unserer Probleme.Das Appartement Haus ‚Ponderosa ‚ sehr ungepflegt. Wir würden hier keinen Urlaub mehr buchen. Teneriffa immer wieder!
