I had accidentally booked for the night after (as arrived in at 1am). I had realised this in advance and had messaged. The staff were extremely rude and showed no sympathy. With just a message of “IT WILL BE AN EXTRA NIGHT”. I understand I was in the wrong, but kind words do not cost anything.

The hotel itself, room and staff are all great. Only let down is the free shuttle service. No space to put the luggage and the driver isn't very friendly and not willing to help.

The free shuttle to the hotel was good though, a sign for the pick up from the airport would be helpful. The price is very good. It is basic and perfect for a lay over. I like this hotel, the staff was very friendly and professional. There are food options. There is nothing really around the property. A taxi ride to the city is a must if there is time.

Good hotel close to airport for brief overnight st

Huge Vaping Problem

The staff was very nice, but there is a huge vaping problem going on here. It's coming through the air conditioner and air vents. The first two rooms I walked into, I was punched in the face by the smell. The third was a little better, but it was clear, every room was plagued by it. I have asthma and a serious allergy to the stuff. It makes my ears pop painfully, and it's so frustrating to book at a smoke free hotel just to find that there is such a heavy amount of vape going on that it destroys the stay.
