The5 x dining restaurants are very good , the Irish bar with live music and sky sports is great. The staff throughout are very helpful and friendly. I stayed in the Suite Room and it was very nice.. Overall i couldn't fault my week stay at the Le Royal Meridien. I will be back for more.. Thankyou Denis Robinson

We had booked our stay by paying the entire amount a month ago - we booked the royal suite room . But when we reached the hotel we were given a normal room when we told them that we booked royal suite They told us that the hotel is overbooked and there is no royal suite available . We asked them for other room they showed us the deluxe suite which was like a downgrade and not an upgrade . We asked once again for a royal suite they said take the normal room now by the time u go around the city and come back by evening we will get a room ready . We had come back after 6 hours but still they asked us to wait for another few minutes because some repairs are still going . End of the day when we got the room it was nothing close to the pictures The pics and the room was very very very different . We go to the pool and store our items in the locker room , by the time we finished our swimming and went back to changing rooms our lockers were locked and the guy had left the premises It took us another 1 hour to get the boy back and get the lockers opened This experience we did not expect . The only compensation we got was one dinner that’s all . Never booking via Expedia again . How can there be a confusion when it is prepaid ?
