room felt neglected, didn’t have enough towels, key cards didn’t work and had to reactivate them, wasn’t able to get into room the first day had to switch room keys and rooms because of that and that same night they didn’t work again i was locked out of my room with all my stuff inside and the front office was closed so i had to sleep in my car

Breakfast was fresh. I expected a better quality hotel based on the name. Seems like quite a few people were living at the hotel. Also, the room had very poor lighting.

It felt like a roach motel, the rooms need updating. The free breakfast was a joke, individual mini donuts! The parking lot was crammed and difficult to park any vehicle bigger than a small SUV. It was a place to sleep and clean up, but not great for a vacation type stay.

Lamp shade had holes in it. Shear curtains severely ripped, electrical plug unsafe, maid service only every 3 days, only 1 hanger available for 2 guests in the room, not enough eggs at breakfast. Only 5 eggs were served even though a trip to Costco the night before. VERY difficult to open front door. Front Desk Clerk had to open it. Wrote 3 page letter to Corporate with photos.

Old rundown in bad part of town Had to almost break the door to get in and out. Nasty carpet looked like dogs poop stain all over it.

Definitely didn’t feel safe around the property. Lots of drugs going on around town and when I walked out to let my dog go outside to use the bathroom a guy was going back and forth talking to 2 trees definitely was a site to see. I’m from a small town and don’t see this kind of stuff.

Night staff was great, morning staff was eh. Housekeeping was extremely rude. I had a noon checkout, but Housekeeping was POUNDING on my door at 10am wanting to clean my room. The bathroom light didn’t work and the bathroom was pitch black. Showering was fun… they’re lucky I didn’t slip and break a hip in the dark. I told the front desk TWICE that the light was out, they said they’d send maintenance at 8am. Maintenance never came, hence the showering in the dark. No apologies, no give a care, nothing from the desk staff. I requested a call from the manager, it never came. Will never stay here again.

Very limited food options (waffles & cereal). Expected daily room service (as advertised) but it didn’t happen! I had to go to the front office to request new towels and toilet paper. I’ve never experienced this type of service at any hotel before.
