The place was not up to standards from previous visits before covid. I walked away with bed bug bites as a result. The staff seemed as though they have heard it before immediately responding with sand bugs and mosquitos are out. The hot tub is not functioning. Dont expect any food unless its from a vending machine. There's no drain spouts in the sinks or tub that doesnt drain well, Ew, along ith someone elses hair on the shower wall.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms very clean but very outdated. moved rooms because of Wi fi and that is what runs the TV as they don't have cable. Bed in second room was much better as it had a box spring, and the other was mor like a dorm room bed.

Quiet, quick stay

My family stayed here for three nights. We had to wait at check-in for someone to check us in. It was a quick process thankfully. The room was fairly clean but the bathroom had some spots that had been missed. My kids mentioned that the room and bathroom felt small to them but the beds were fairly comfortable. I was glad I brought my own pillow though my kids didn't seem to care about the pillows provided. I was thankful for the size of the fridge because we brought most of our food with us. The room also had two fans for us to use and we really appreciated that. The game room was fun for my kids and they asked to stop by it anytime we were coming/going. They also loved the pool area but two things that frustrated me as an adult were the hot tub was out of order and the general cleanliness of the pool area (including the bathroom) was questionable. The walk to the beach took us about ten minutes and we spent most of our time there. The drive to the "downtown" area took about 7 minutes and we found many good places for dinner and to shop. We had a nice stay even with the aforementioned issues.

Expedia deceived me into getting a room on the fourth floor double queen which an hour after booking the room and paying for the room I was informed by the hotel that Expedia didn’t have the right to sell that room and they did no longer had it available but they did have a room with a single bed Which I was already on my way. I just wish I would’ve been able to get what I was paying for.
