Grand Smokies Resort Lodge
"My only complaint is that I booked a standard queen room and the description says it sleeps 3. It doesn’t. There is one queen bed and a small loveseat type sofa. It does not make into a bed. I had to pay extra to get a rollaway bed once we arrived. I booked a room that says sleeps 3 and was penalized for the hotels misleading room description."
