Are you ready for the busiest travel season of the year? A survey conducted by Orbitz shows 75% of Americans plan to travel this summer. Millions will pack their flip flops, sunscreen and sense of adventure as they try to beat the crowds and find the best deals on their summer vacation. Luckily for us, Orbitz did some of the work already, researching flight booking data to determine the most affordable times to travel this June, July and August. And while airfare costs will likely change as the season progresses, this information reveals the cheapest weeks to take your summer vacation.
