The dining promotion is organized each year by the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau and features signature dishes crafted by Miami’s most beloved local chefs. Score an appetizer, main course and dessert for $23 for lunch, or $39 for dinner. To sweeten the deal, many Miami restaurants are also offering group discounts and special happy hour prices.

Be sure to check each chef’s weekly Miami Spice 2015 offerings and search based on location in the city—from South Beach to Downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods, too. Let’s take a closer look at seven stand-out restaurants.
