If you consider swimsuit season a year-round affair, these incredible hotel pools are for you.

Plus: Check out Las Vegas’s craziest pool parties.

1. Every week is Shark Week at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Their award-winning pool features an enormous shark tank and aquarium with a three-story waterslide running through it. Don’t worry, you won’t actually be swimming with the fishes: The tank is completely enclosed, though it makes for a wild view.

2. The Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui has nine pools on six different levels that are connected by a river that carries swimmers along white water rapids and lazy currents. Feeling ambitious? Try out everything those six levels have to offer, including four jungle pools, four water slides, six waterfalls, three Jacuzzis, a Tarzan pool with a rope swing, a sand beach, and the world’s first water elevator to take you back to the top of the pool complex after you’ve slid or swam to the bottom.

3. The indoor/outdoor pool at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Kangqiaon affords a pretty unforgettable view—if you’re not afraid of heights. The cantilevered pool, located on the hotel’s 24th floor, extends 30-feet over the side of the building, so its glass bottom affords breathtaking (literally!) views of the street below.

3. OK, this one in Reykjavik, Iceland is not exactly a hotel pool, though there is a clinic hotel onsite and plenty of comfy nearby options. Instead, the world-famous Blue Lagoon geothermal spa is described as “a hot tub on the moon.” It’s set inside a lava field where its pale blue water maintains a constant temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to the geothermal plant nearby. Many visit the lagoon for the silica-rich mud that’s said to work wonders for your skin, but the stunning views of the volcanic rock surrounding the pool make this a little more special than your average spa day.
