Want to know which airline wins bragging rights for most on-time departures? According to <ahref=”http://www.cnn.com/2015/01/08/travel/most-punctual-airports-and-airlines/index.html” target=”_blank”>CNN, it’s the tiny city of Bristol, England, whose Bristol Airport has succeeded at getting 94.4% of its planes out of time. The mid-sized airport with the most on-time departures is Osaka (93.2%) and the best large airport is Munich (89%). Lucky be the person flying the ever-popular Bristol to Osaka to Munich route…

The jailhouse rocks
Where are England’s foodies queuing up for their next great meal? Try prison. According to the BBC this week, an organization named Clink Charity is opening restaurants in British jails where inmates serve as chefs and kitchen assistants and cook up Michelin-style cuisine. The idea is to help place them in jobs upon their release. We wonder, does each check comes with a complimentary license plate?

You snooze, you win
Catching a few winks while traveling can be hard, but a few fancy gadgets may do the trick. According to Conde Naste Traveler, consider the PillowFix, an inflatable device that slips into any pillowcase for extra support, the GloToSleep, a sleep mask that includes a blue light that helps enable sleep, and the Sleep Scarf which is worn like a scarf but functions as a pillow. Then there’s Ambien. (We’re just saying).

Hot in Cleveland
The Cleve is back! Cleveland.com noted this week that travel pubs including Fodor’s, New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Travel & Leisure all named C-Town a must-visit city for 2015 thanks to the recent opening of the Museum of Contemporary Art, the happening Gordon Square Arts District and because Americans love a comeback. (No wonder the GOP picked it for its 2016 National Convention).
