  1. I’ve received the worst customer satisfaction from this agency. I’ve been on the phone for over 2 hours in one day trying to use a credit that I have. Then I was told to contact an airline directly. Long story short when I asked employees if orbitz provides some time of coupon due to the consistent inconvenience on Orbitz behalf , the phone was hung up.
    Wish there was better customer service
