As the weather turns gorgeous, vacationers begin to flock to California for spring break vacations and great deals at all inclusive beach resorts. California vacations aren’t complete without a trip to iconic Disneyland. This spring, visit the park to experience fun seasonal events and mild temperatures. It’s the perfect time to experience the magic.

What’s just as fun as a spring break vacation to Disneyland? Sleeping in the bunk beds at Anaheim Jolly Roger Hotel.

St. Patrick’s Day at Disney will involve special merchandise, live music and seasonal menus. Bring the kids along for a kid-friendly scavenger hunt. Older kids on spring break vacations can enjoy a day at the park before heading over to the House of Blues in Downtown Disney.

If you’re visiting the park later in the year, plan on enjoying ‘Summer Nighttastic!‘ beginning in June. This incredible fireworks display and ongoing event ramps up the excitement after dark. It’s worth keeping the kids up late for.

At nearby Disney California Adventure Park, renovations are actively taking place. Take advantage of the sluggish crowds and enjoy the attractions that are currently open. Bring younger children to “A Bug’s Land” where they can enjoy rides for small children or play on the giant playground.

Hollywood Pictures Backlot at California Adventure heavily features the Disney Pixar movies, films that appeal to kids and adults alike. Thrill seekers should check out The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror for a scary trip on a haunted elevator.

California vacations are all about fun in the sun, so visit Paradise Pier, a faithful recreation of seaside amusement parks. Don’t miss the rollercoaster — especially at night. ‘Toy Story Mania!‘ is fun for adults and kids and lets you compete against other riders.

Look for Anaheim hotels to get the most out of spring break vacations near Disneyland. The Jolly Roger Hotel and Fairfield Inn by Marriott are Disney-approved.
