For lovers of the ciné, visit Toronto September 9-19 for the 35th Annual Toronto International Film Festival.  The second most-recognized film festival after Cannes,  TIFF will host 300 films over 11 days.  Must-see films being released this year include The Consipirator by Robert Redford and You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger by Woody Allen. The city will be a-buzz with A-list stars like Brad Pitt and George Clooney launching new films.  The Festival Village is located in the heart of downtown Toronto steps away from a number of restaurants and bars.

The Hilton Toronto is walking distance to the Festival Village and is near the subway to get you around to the various movie theaters.  Alternatively, the Park Hyatt Toronto, located in Yorkville is a great place indulgewhile seeing movies prior to release on the big screen.  If you have time between screenings, take in some of the sites and explore museums and galleries like the Art Gallery of Ontario,  the Royal Ontario Museum or the CN Tour.
