My family and I just got back from spending an absolutely wonderful week at Villa Avoca! The property is immaculate, spacious, very well equipped with everything you need and cannot recommend it highly enough.The location was perfect. Mlini is beautiful with lovely little beaches within walking distance, along with a selection of restaurants. There is also a great bar (called the Pirate bar) right on the marina overlooking the water which we loved! There is easy access to Cavtat and Dubrovnik via multiple ways - bus, ferry or Ubers, so very easy to get around and explore.On top of all that, I have to say that the host, Goran, was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, always on hand to answer any questions, and made our stay simply perfect in every way. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at the villa it more than exceeded our expectations. Every morning the most wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was close to everything but far enough to be private. Goran and his son Fran were so friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations on tours and restaurants. Mlini and Sabreno are close enough to Dubrovnik but far enough away that you are not caught up in all the hustle and bustle of the big city. Some of the best food we ate was in the restaurants there. Absolutely recommend this location. Would recommend a car though because there is a big hill you have to climb. After a couple of time doing that we used our car for even the smallest trips. The location is only 15 minutes from the airport but you never heard the planes. The best trip ever.
