The maisonette is 74 square meters, new renovated and new furnished. In the kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer there is a dining table with two benches for meals together. We are happy to provide a high chair for younger guests. The bathroom has a shower and bath. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a TV for the cozy evening hours. Up to 4 people can sleep in three bedrooms upstairs (one double bed and two single beds). If necessary, we provide a travel cot.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht in einem netten Häuschen bei superfreundlichen Gastgebern! Von der Ausstattung bis zum Wetter hat einfach alles gepasst.
Tolle Gegend, ruhige Spielstrasse vor dem Haus, Spielplatz in der Nähe, Fahrradentfernung zum hervorragenden Badesee Zülpich (auch für 5-jährige bestens zu schaffen), dort Tretboot, Kanu, SUP, Trampolin, Klettergarten...
Sehr zu empfehlen!

Altes Haus, einfache maritime Einrichtung
Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten, wie z. B. ein Korkenzieher, eine Uhr im Wohnzimmer sowie ein kleines Radiogerät. Wir empfehlen eine, entweder Umstellung der Couchgarnitur, oder das TV-Gerät an einen anderen Ort. Grund: Auf der Couch sitzend muss man den Kopf ständig stark nach rechts gedreht halten. Bessere Parkmöglichkeit. Visitenkarte der Vermieter für die Gäste.
