Moderne Villa in wunderschöner und ruhiger Lage
Wir konnten in diesem Traumhaus eine erholsame Woche verbringen. Das Haus hat eine moderne, sehr hochwertige und geschmackvolle Ausstattung in einheitlichem Design und moderner Technik.
Vom mit mediterranen Pflanzen angelegten Vorgarten gelangt man in den großzügigen Wohnbereich mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche (Kochinsel), Essbereich und gemütlicher Sitzgruppe.
Der Wohnbereich öffnet mit seiner Panoramaverglasung den Blick auf die große Terrasse und den herrlichen Infinitypool, der immer auf 29 Grad beheizt wird und damit zu allen Tageszeiten zum Baden einlädt.
Von der Terrasse hat man ein wunderschönes 180 Grad Panorama auf das Meer (Bucht von Pinarello), die Berge und die umliegende Natur mit großen Kiefern und anderen mediterranen, herrlich duftenden Pflanzen. Hier kann man die Aussicht und die Ruhe genießen!
Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein eigenes modernes Bad mit Dusche und Toilette. Zwei der Zimmer liegen auf der Ebene des Wohnbereichs, zwei weitere im Souterrain mit eigener Terrasse und angelegtem Gartenbereich.
Der Kontakt zum Besitzer gestaltete sich problemlos. Im Haus hat er eine Mappe zusammengestellt mit Empfehlungen und Geheimtipps zu Stränden, Restaurants, Ausflügen und maritimen Unternehmungen, die sehr hilfreich sind.
Vor Ort erfolgt die Betreuung durch Mme Tahri , die sehr freundlich ist, die Gäste zum versteckt liegenden Haus geleitet, durch das Haus führt, die technischen Finessen erklärt und für alle Fragen vor Ort zur Verfügung steht.
