A 71 m² two-bedroom apartment for 6 people, with views over the sea and the pool, in a small 4-star residence at Pinarello, southern Corsica.
Bright throughout, with air conditioning in every room. The residence holds only five well-appointed apartments, none of them overlooked: it never feels crowded.

THE BEDROOMS

One bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed. The second can be arranged either as a 180 x 200 double or as two single beds plus a bunk bed. Two identical shower rooms — walk-in shower, basin and wall-hung WC — one off the main bedroom, the other opening onto the entrance hall.

THE TERRACE

Covered and facing the sea, it extends the living space and holds a private spa, a plancha grill, sun loungers and a table for meals outdoors. Facing due south, it catches the sun all day: in the morning the sun rises out of the sea, and in the evening the light settles on the mountains.

THE RESIDENCE'S FACILITIES

The pool measures 14 by 6 metres and stays heated to 29°C from late March to early November — from the spring holidays through to the All Saints' break — and outside that period on request. That is what makes a stay here enjoyable well beyond the summer.

There is also a sauna, a hammam and a gym, freely available throughout your stay. Free parking and charging points for electric vehicles (chargeable service).

Pinarello beach is 800 metres away, within walking distance, with its fishing village, its restaurants and its Genoese tower. The Cavu valley, its natural rock pools and its hiking trails are fifteen minutes away. The shops of Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio and the beaches of San Ciprianu and Cala Rossa are a few minutes' drive. Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio and the Alta Rocca make comfortable day trips.

Logement bien situé près d'une petite plage sympa et pas trop bondée, endroit propre et conforme à la description. Pour les gens avec poussette prévoyez le modèle 4x4 (trottoir en terre et exigus) Spa sur la terrasse très bien, piscine agréable et bien exposée. Petit bémol pas de produit lave vaisselle ni de savon liquide dans le flacon de la salle de bain et un seul rouleau de papier toilette déjà bien entamé ... Heureusement supermarché pas très loin et ouvert le dimanche matin ^^ Bel endroit pour découvrir le sud de la Corse

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette résidence très calme et bien située. L'appartement moderne est très propre et bien agencé avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Il possède une grande terrasse avec barbecue, transat et jacuzzi, et une très belle vue sur la belle piscine et la Baie de Pinarellu. Petit commerce à proximité très pratique Une mention particulière aux propriétaires qui sont charmants, toujours de bon conseil et disponibles. Cet endroit est vraiment un petit coin de paradis en Corse où on se sent vraiment bien...

Logement propre , moderne, spacieux et confortable avec les éléments essentiels comme à la maison (lave linge /vaisselle ,barbecue). Logement conforme a l'annonce , avec en plus le luxe du jacuzy privatif sur la grande terasse , l'accès au sauna,hammam et à la salle de sport avec vue sur la piscine et la mer . Le village de pinarello avec ses restaurants et ses plages accessibles à pied . Plein de choses magnifiques à voir et à faire aux alentours (plages,kayak,canoë,randonnées,accrobranche), visite de porto vecchio et bonifaccio. Merci aux propritaires pour les conseils sur les choses à voir et à faire et aussi pour les bons restaurants. Felicitations pour avoir cree ce charmant lieu de vacances .Premier voyage en corse nous avons adoré la corse et les corses , nous pensons déjà à notre prochain sejour à pinarello.

un séjour de rêve dans un cadre Magnifique

Merci Matthieu et Ouliana pour nous avoir permis de passer cette si bonne semaine en votre résidence. L'appartement est convivial, très confortable, très bien aménagé dans un cadre magnifique et surtout épargné des bruits de la route !! Ce fût un havre de repos agrémenté de quelques séances dans la salle de sport qui ont fait de ce séjour une quasi perfection !!!!

Que dire, à part que cette résidence est un petit coin de paradis. Un accueil tout sourire de la fille des propriétaires, suivi de la même chose du propriétaire. Appartement (maison même!)au top. Tout est bien pensé et réalisé de façon à ce qu'il ne nous manque rien. Ajoutez à tout cela un barbecue digne de ce nom,une superbe et très grande terrasse, un jacuzzi privé, un spa, une salle de sport toute neuve et une piscine magnifique chauffée (pas négligeable du tout à cette période de l'année avec 2 enfants et 1 ado) et nous voilà comblés. Je défie quiconque de trouver un point négatif sur cette résidence. Le seul "problème" (problème est un bien grand mot) rencontré est résolu avant même que la journée soit terminée (j'entends par là une discussion sur un matelas en fin de vie avec le propriétaire entre 2 questions et le voilà changé ds les 3h de son propre chef). Un geste incroyable pour nous mais tellement évident et normal pour eux ! Enfin des personnes qui ont tout compris..tout est fait pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Mention spéciale pour ce geste avec, encore une fois, tous nos remerciements. En résumé, 1 semaine ressourçante et dépaysante que nous avons hâte, petits et grands, de renouveler ! Allez-y les yeux fermés, mais ne l'ébruitez pas trop... gardons là jalousement et précieusement pour nous... ;-) La famille Murat

Appartement tres propre, grand confort, entièrement équipé... Piscine chauffée, sauna, hammam et le top du top, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse toujours prêt pour un moment de détente! Résidence parfaite pour des vacances réussies

Magnifique résidence tres bien située et calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très sympathiques et disponibles (merci à eux pour leur accueil et leurs bons conseils !)... Les appartements sont tres tres propres et parfaitement équipes (vaisselle, lave linge et lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux, tv, wifi, linge ...) , la literie est très bien. Une grande terrasse permet de profiter de la magnifique vue sur la baie de Pinarellu (avec un grand barbecue pour cuisiner). Le spa sur la terrasse est vraiment un plus pour une détente parfaite ! Une petite supérette se trouve juste en contrebas ce qui est pratique. Tout y est pour des vacances réussies trop vite passées...

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ouliana (la propriétaire). La résidence est très jolie, très bien entretenue. Le logement spacieux a une belle terrasse qui donne sur la piscine et la vue mer. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied de la résidence, nous y retournons en août et avons hâte ! A prestu :-)

Ne cherchez plus où séjourner en Corse !

Habitués à venir en vacances depuis plusieurs années dans la région de Porto -Vecchio , cette résidence est bluffante et de loin la meilleure ; de l'avis des parents comme des enfants ! Grand standing : immense piscine chauffée ( pratique hors saison ! ) , jacuzzi individuel et barbecue sur la terrasse , vue mer depuis toutes les pièces sur la baie de Pinarello , intérieur spacieux , très propre et équipé "comme à la maison" . Literie impeccable .Le + est sa localisation : entre plages et montagne , très faciles d'accès et Porto Vecchio n’est pas moins éloigné : 1/4 d'heure de voiture , ce qui était très pratique pour rassasier notre fille "accro au shopping" et profiter de ballades au port .Enfin nous avons été très sensibles à l'accueil que nous ont réservé les propriétaires , absolument charmants et totalement dévoués au bien être de leurs hôtes. Bref nous reviendrons très vite !

Cadre & appartement magnifiques

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement très lumineux et fonctionnel (en tous points conformes à la description). La propriétaire est très sympa et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les randos. Nous avons tout particulièrement aimé le SPA sur la terrasse, la piscine, le calme de la residence et la magnifique vue sur le golfe de Pinarello. Seul un tout petit point à mentionner avec le wifi qui "sautait" régulièrement mais rien de bien grave quand on est en vacances...

Outre les beautés de la Corse et plus particulièrement celles de la région de Porto Vecchio, la qualité de cet hébergement a largement contribué à faire de notre semaine en Corse un excellent séjour : - Résidence et appartement en tous points conformes aux descriptions/photos. - Propriétaires disponibles, discrets, très pros. - Appartement extrêmement bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine/ménage, etc... rien ne manque) - Agencement de l'appartement très bien étudié. - Décoration sobre et stylée. - Vue magnifique. - Piscine chauffée très agréable pour bains matinaux en arrière-saison ! - Quant au jacuzzi privatif sur la terrasse... le top ! Bref, une résidence et des appartements pensés dans leurs moindres détails pour le confort de ceux qui y logent, gérés par un couple sympathique et efficace ! Bravo à eux pour cette belle réalisation.

Dans un ensemble de 5 logements avec une grande piscine commune. La location est spacieuse, avec un équipement ultra moderne et confortable. L'emplacement permet d'allier balades et détentes. Les propriétaires charmants et discrets sont à votre écoute si besoin. Rien à redire de ce coté. Le seul bémol pourrait être, pour ce logement, la proximité de la piscine, c'est un peu bruyant lorsque d'autres locataires peu respectueux l'occupent.Nous recommandons l'endroit sans hésitation.
