The luxury villa is surrounded by a lush garden with trees. Villa Nina`s pride is the big swimming pool with solarium and outdoor furniture and thes spacious porch where you can relax. By the swimming pool there is a cocktail area with sink, marble coutertop and outdoor bathroom with shower.
Villa Nina is introduced by furnished porch and a dining area under the shadow of a tree.

On the ground floor there are a large living room with sofas, carpets and a study, divided by an arch from the dining room with fireplace and a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen.
Moreover, on this floro there are 1 double bedroom
with ensuite bathroom and glass doors overlooking the swimming pool, a
spacious room (crossing point with the upper floor) with library and 1 double sofa bed, a full bathroom with a characteristic tub.
On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which with balcony overlooking the swimming pool and a bathroom with tub and shower.

Villa Nina is in the countryside of Zollino, one of the smallest and most typical towns in Grecìa Salentina, ideal for authentic holidays in Salento. The city centre is less than 500 meters away. 
Lecce is 15 kilometers away, while the closest seaside locations are 20 kilometers away, on the Adriatic coast between Otranto and San Foca.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from April to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner not in all rooms.
