This spacious and comfortable holiday home with pool is located in minj, a rural area not far from one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic, the town of Rovinj, which is about 22 km away and which you should definitely visit during your holiday here. Modern and tastefully furnished, it offers you a pleasant and unforgettable holiday with many leisure activities such as billiards, darts and table tennis. You can also enjoy the terraces or refresh yourself in the pool on hot summer days. There are many cycling and hiking trails nearby as well as one of the best preserved old towns - Dvigrad.

Tolles Haus, die Lage war für uns kein Problem es liegt zentral und Städte, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in einer 1-2 Stunde erreichbar.Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und Check-In und Check-out waren problemlos. Es war alles sehr sauber die Einrichtung mit den Spielräumen war großzügig die Küche war gut ausgestattet die Schlafzimmer und Bäder großzügig. Außenanlage mit Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten waren sehr schön.Wir haben uns als Familie ( 8 Erwachsene) sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit.Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden es wenn möglich wieder buchen

Liebe Leute,Das Haus war einfach und ergreifend Fantastisch. Wir waren 10 Personen.Das Haus war sehr groß, viele Zimmer und Schöne Bäder. Alles war Klimatisiert. Die Einrichtung sehr modern. 2Spielzimmer mit Billard, Tischtennis und Dart einfach Klasse und sehr abwechslungsreich.Die Aussenanlage war sehr schön. Ein sauberer Pool, zwei Bereiche zum sitzen einer davon mit Grill (sehr schön). Das geilste war ,10meter weiter war ein großer Einkaufsmarkt( Plodine) Der alles hatte was man brauchte. Auf der anderen Seite 15meter eine Pizzeria. Und auch wenn das Haus im einen Gewerbegebiet liegt, man hörte nichts. Negativ war nur : Wir waren nur 8Tage da. Also, sehr zu empfehlen und der Preis war absolut in Ordnung. Auch die Vermieter waren ganz liebe Leute. Das Einschecken war überhaupt kein Problem obwohl wir schon 2std vorher da waren.Wir kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Also ,die Finca hat unseren Erwartungen eigentlich übertroffen. Ein sehr schönes Haus eine komplett ruhige Lage mit einem Einkaufsladen direkt um die Ecke, perfekt. Das Haus war sehr groß, voll Klimatisiert, schöne Schlafzimmer mit super Betten. Schöne Badezimmer, Billard, kicker und Tischtennis. Alles wie beschrieben einfach Klasse. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und alles war schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Jeder hatte sein reich und genügend Platz für 10 Personen.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und komfortabel.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und komfortabel. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder - 3 Familien. Durch die Größe des Hauses und die tolle Raumaufteilung hatte jeder genug Möglichkeiten sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen.Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool wirklich toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist gleich hinterm Haus. Das das Haus in einem "Industriegebiet" steht, hat in keinster Weise gestört. Es war sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Ende Mai- Anfang Juni-Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, auch wenn nicht in der Saison hatten trotzallem schönes Wetter. Das Check In verlief super und sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung war Top alles was man will war da, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, jeder ein eigenes Bad und vor allem ist es eine sehr ruhige Umgebung.Schade ist wirklich, das es rundrum kaum was zum besichtigen gibt oder schön zum spazieren ist. Wenn man aber ein wenig fährt ist man schnell in Pula und weitere Orte.Wie man es im Urlaub kennt ist natürlich das WLAN sehr schlecht, aber das ist absolut kein Minuspunkt.
