Villa Talia is a simple but modern holiday house with a private pool located in Zmijavci near the town of Imotski. This area is ideal for your perfect vacation in nature away from everyday crowds and noise, and only about 25 km from the Makarska Riviera and the sea.
This 145 m2 villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a modernly furnished living room connected to the dining room. From here you have access to a terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the shade during the summer days. From the living room you also have access to a modern kitchen that contains everything you need. The ground floor contains one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor are two more double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. In this part of the house there are two more bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.
In front of the house there is a terrace with a swimming pool, ideal for summer refreshment. While you enjoy lying in the sun, your children can have fun in the children’s corner. A barbecue is also available.

Villa Natalija
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nett und der Check in und der Check out verliefen sehr unkompliziert. Bei Fragen waren sie schnell über WhatsApp erreichbar.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen netten untouristischen Ort Zmijavci, nicht weit von Imotski entfernt.
Es gibt im Ort fussläufig ereichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebesmittel (Studenac Market, Tommy) oder grössere Lebensmittelgeschäfte in Imotski. Wir sind mehrmals im Restaurant Buffet Brana essen gegangen und können das Essen und auch die schöne Lage der Terasse direkt am Wasser sehr empfehlen.
Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, sehr geflegt und bietet viel Platz. Im grossen Pool konnten wir uns abkühlen.
Auf dem Geländer gibt es Platz für 3 Fahrzeuge.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter
Vorab können wir nur sagen, dass es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt war.
Wir haben uns sehr über den Aufenthalt in einer kleinen, netten, Ort gefreut. Die Vermieter waren nett und freundlich, die Nachbarn ebenso. Man fühlte sich dort einfach willkommen.
Da wir nicht vorhatten, jeden Tag ans Meer zu fahren, sondern auch ein wenig von der Gegend zu sehen, war die Entfernung zum Meer kein Problem.
Wer bei seinem Urlaub in Kroatien die Ruhe am Abend mag, einfach mal in die Gegend eintauchen möchte und dennoch nicht ewig vom Wasser entfernt sein will, ist dort gut untergebracht. Alles war gepflegt und sauber, man hat dort kein Problem mit den Menschen in Kontakt zu kommen, wenn man möchte, und genießt einen schönen Urlaub.
Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter und gerne wieder.
