Wunderschönes Ferienhaus - der richtige Platz zum Erholen

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in dieser Unterkunft und wir sind immer wieder begeistert. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und wurde auch gerade frisch renoviert...Es war wieder ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral und bis zum Strand/Promenade sind es zu Fuß maximal 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke...Ich kann dieses Haus voll und ganz empfehlen und werde es, wenn möglich, immer wieder buchen. Von uns 5 Sterne

Super Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist eigentlich alles vorhanden,was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch gut...Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur Promenade und Strand sind es 10/15 Minuten zu Fuß, das ist absolut in Ordnung

Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an den Vermieter, der wahrlich an alles gedacht und auch Verbrauchsmaterialen großzügig zur Verfügung gestellt hat (Sechs Sterne!). Tilles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren in den Herbstferien dort. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber trotzdem relativ zentral gelegen. Das Ferienhaus ist super toll ausgestattet...Wir fanden es super und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Bei Anreise erfolgte der Check in einwandfrei. Das Haus ist groß genug für 4 Erwachsene und einen großen Hund. Aufgrund der Bauweise ist es hellhörig aber schön hell. Terrasse leider noch nicht groß genutzt (zu frisch). Zum Strand ist es ein kleiner Fußmarsch aber alles im Rahmen und in einer schönen Umgebung. Sauna war sehr hilfreich beim aufwärmen. Super zu wissen.. Platz für 2 Autos. Sauberkeit 1 Stern Abzug (würden wir unter Betriebsblindheit verbuchen). Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft. Gern wieder.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Strandnah, einkaufen kann man gleich in der Nähe, das Zentrum ist nicht weit entfernt.

Alles Bestens!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage, Sonnenterasse, sehr gute Matratzen (das ist in Ferienhäusern durchaus nicht immer so), ruhige Lage, zu Fuß ist man in etwa 10 - 15 Minuten am Strand, mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten. Lidl und Edeka jeweils 5 - 8 min zu Fuß. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bei Belegung mit 2 Paaren weiß man es zu schätzen, dass es 2 Badezimmer gibt.

Hochwertiges ausgestattetes Haus, sehr netter Kontakt, sehr zentrale Lage zu Strand und Discountern.

Ein sehr hochwertiges Ferienhaus in hervorragender Lage von Zinnowitz mit sehr guter neuwertiger Ausstattung. Alles so wie beschrieben (und besser). Tolle elektrische Betten, zwei tolle Badezimmer, schönes großes Wohnzimmer, prima Essecke, Kaminofen und insgesamt drei Fernseher. Schöne Terrasse, alles super gepflegt. Der Besitzer und auch der Hausmeister sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur wenige hundert Meter zu diversen Discountern und 3 - 4 Minuten zum Strand (zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad). Erholung pur. Der Ort Zinnowitz ist gemütlich und überschaubar. Die Unterkunft hat ehrliche 5 Sterne ***** verdient. Danke fürs eine schöne erholsame Urlaubswoche.

Top Urlaubserlebnis

Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus geblieben für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die erste Kontaktaufnahme hatten wir mit dem Hausmeisterservice zur Schlüsselübergabe, wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt - an dieser Stelle ein top Service! Das Ferienhaus selbst machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck, ist geräumig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Unsere Kleinen nutzten das Schlafzimmer am Bad, dort befindet sich ein Doppelbett und der Schlafboden - das war ein Highlight für unseren Großen. Die beiden Bäder sind mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet - das entzerrte Rituale Abends/Morgens/vor dem Ausflug. Insgesamt steckt überall ein wenig Luxus drin; elektrische Jalousien, Fußbodenheizung, großer HD_Fernseher, Sauna, Gutes Soundsystem inkl. Lautsprecher in beiden Bädern und und und. Da wir Sonntags angereist sind, kam es uns sehr gelegen, dass es zusätzlich zur regulären Kaffeemaschine auch eine Kapselmaschine gibt - natürlich mit einer Handvoll Kapseln im gut sortierten Vorratsschrank. Dein Einkauf konnten wir dann bei Lidl erledigen, dies ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zu unseren Ausflugzielen benötigten wir mit dem Auto meist rund 10 Minuten, das machte den Aufenthalt vor Ort sehr einfach und flexibel. Für unseren persönlichen Geschmack hätte es statt der zweiten Dusche ruhig eine Badewanne sein können, aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Hier war das Gesamtpaket für uns wirklich top! Klasse Service, gute Ausstattung und ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Vielen Dank!

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Als ganz , ganz kleine Anmerkung, da wir immer auf der Terrasse gegessen haben, fehlte ein Tablett.

Die Unterkunft ist toll. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist etwas weiter weg als angegeben. Lokalitäten in der Nähe sind zu empfehlen, z.b Restaurant Nautilus, an der Promenade leider nicht.
