Our well equipped NON SMOKING apartment with south west-facing balcony is located on the first floor of a reconstructed apartment complex. It is located on the outskirts of Zinnowitz not far from the beach promenade. From here it is only 5 minutes to the pier, 4 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the pine forest with bike path and 2 minutes to the Bernsteintherme.   Our apartment is located on a quiet residential street. It is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The large and friendly living room has a dining area, a double sofa bed and a TV with cable. The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and 2 beds. If required, an additional cot can be set up. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. On the balcony you can enjoy the sun from noon. A private cellar provides space for your bicycles. The free parking directly at the house is exclusively for you. You book a Non smoking apartment, but smoking on the balcony is possible. Pets are not allowed.
