Toddler up to 3 years) equipped.   The apartment includes: • 1 bathroom with shower and window • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 children's room with tandem bed • 1 living room sitting area and dining area in the bay window • 1 kitchen row in the living room • 1 balcony and • 1 car parking space (number 4) The Floors are covered with laminate in the living area and there are tiles in the bathroom.

The house Am Wald with its 4 furnished apartments is located in Zinnowitz close to the beach and the center (only a few minutes walk). • The house has 2 x 2-room (2 persons) and 2 x 3-room apartments (up to 5 persons). The apartments have bedrooms and some children's rooms, living room with kitchenette (fully fitted kitchen), bathroom with shower, terrace or balcony, all floors are tiled or Laminate. Each apartment has a safe. The apartments on the ground floor have partially covered terraces, the upper floor apartments each have spacious balconies. • Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) is 1 x for the apartment complex available. • Guests can make free calls to the German fixed network and use a high-speed Internet access via LAN (no guaranteed feature if the router ever fails). If you want to use the LAN then please bring with you next to your notebook a network cable for connection to the existing network socket. In the main travel time is an arrival or Departure on weekends for organizational reasons not possible. We ask you to take this into account when planning your vacation.   We arrange holiday apartments in Zinnowitz, Zempin, Koserow, Loddin and Bansin on the island of Usedom.
