Die Ferienwohnung in Zingst bietet eine hervorragende Lage, da sie nahezu direkt am Hafen liegt. Der dazugehörige Garten ist ansprechend gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die bei der Ausstattung verbesserungswürdig sind. Insbesondere die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet werden, um den Bedürfnissen der Gäste besser gerecht zu werden. Zudem ist der Strandkorb in einem alten und schmutzigen Zustand, was den Gesamteindruck trübt. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung Potenzial, benötigt jedoch in einigen Bereichen Verbesserungen, um einen optimalen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
