The semi-detached house is newly and modernly furnished. The terrace comes with garden furniture, wooden decking, and the property is fully fenced. A lockable garden shed, barbecue, and private parking space are also available.
The Zierow beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Here, you can enjoy your leisure time with games, fun, or sports. A playground, mini-golf, café, and snack bar are located right at the Zierow bathing beach.
