Cozy home in Zettemin OT Rützenfeld

The holiday home is located on a 285 square metre recreational plot within a small holiday home development on Lake Rützenfeld. It is about 100 metres to the jetty and the bathing and fishing jetty and about 300 metres to the bathing area.



The holiday home is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, stereo system), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, small dining area, various kitchen appliances) and the bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor (access via steep stairs) there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, TV, 1 x double bed, furnished balcony) and a connecting corridor with sitting area. The house also has central heating.



There are 2 furnished terraces (1 x covered), barbecue, bicycle/equipment shed and car park. A rowing boat and bicycles can also be used free of charge.



The total price includes water and electricity consumption as well as the final cleaning. When travelling during the heating period, energy consumption is charged separately. You must bring your own bed linen and towels.



Rützenfelde is a small recreational area and part of the municipality of Zettemin. It consists only of a holiday home settlement. The lake of the same name is approx. 39 hectares in size and is a good place for swimming and fishing. There is a bathing area, a jetty and a bathing and fishing jetty. There is a large children's playground between the lake and the holiday home complex.
