Recently updated, this lake getaway features a beautiful kitchen with indigo blue cabinetry, walnut countertops and stainless steel appliances. This cozy cottage sleeps 7 with a private main floor master/ensuite and an upper level bunk room with 5 built-in twin beds, cozy reading nook with lookout to the lake and bathroom with clawfoot tub. Main level includes powder bath, dining room, living room adjacent to the kitchen with breakfast nook and laundry room. This property offers ample parking with front driveway and detached 2 car garage. Large grassy space in front with towering pines and a great deck overlooking the lake and Mt. Tallac. The rear paver stone patio leads to the detached garage and separate studio. Studio is stand-alone room w/o central heat/air. 5 minute drive to Heavenly Village Gondola. Home is currently occupied. Available 12/23/2025 - come enjoy a white Christmas at Lake Tahoe!
