Ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Grüne, aber die Wohnung bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung/ Modernisierung, Teppich im Schlafzimmer sehr fleckig, Fliesen im WZ kaputt, Sessel abgenutzt, Balkonstühle billig und wakelig.

Schöne Wohnung mit Mängeln
Das Objekt war wie beschrieben und bot die Basis für eine erholsame und erlebnisreiche Urlaubswoche. Was nicht so schick war, sah man eben nicht auf den ersten Blick.
In diesen Zeiten ist ist die direkte Kommunikation sicher schwierig zu gestalten, aber das war schon unterirdisch. Die Agentur hat eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Mit der Dame mussten wir mehrmals Kontakt aufnehmen. Telefonisch. Dabei wirkte die Dame immer leicht nordisch unterkühlt. Mir ist auch nicht ganz klar, was sie eigentlich für eine Aufgabe hat. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos, um die Beseitigung der Mängel mussten wir uns selbst kümmern.
Das ging bei der Ankunft los. Die Wohnung war kalt, die Heizung arbeitete nicht. Die Antwort des Ansprechpartners, da müssen sie die Heizungsfirma anrufen. Die Nummer finden sie auf einem Aushang. Zu Glück war der Monteur fitter und am Abend ging dann die Heizung wieder.
Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen leicht abgewohnten Charakter. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war fleckig, der grüne Sessel hatte ein Loch, Die Radioantenne war abgebrochen, das Radio damit wertlos. Der Stab an der Gardine war defekt und an machen Ecken fehlte Farbe. Das war nicht sofort zuerkennen, da einige Leuchtmittel defekt waren.
Im Bad ging es weiter. Die Waschtischarmatur war defekt. Wasser trat seitlich aus, was auch bereits zu sichtbaren Mängeln geführt hatte. In der Dusche war die Brause nicht vollständig. War allerdings nur ein optischer Mangel.
Wären diese Mängel und der Umgang mit diesen nicht gewesen, so würden wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Im momentanen Zustand wohl eher nicht.
Noch etwas fiel unangenehm auf. Wir hatten bei der Bestellung zwei Erwachsene und einen Hund angegeben. Dafür erhielten wir ein Angebot, welches wir gern annahmen. Umso erstaunter waren wir, als Tage später noch eine Nachforderung für den Hund kam. Wir haben diese bezahlt, aber als fair empfinden wir ein solches Verhalten nicht.
