The apartment (125m²) for up to 12 people is located on the first floor in a villa built around 1910. In addition to recreational opportunities on the property (seating and barbecue area, games), you can also explore the flora and fauna of the island. The apartment consists of a spacious, modern living room (flat screen TV, radio with CD changer) including a separate kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms available: a bedroom with a double bed and a wall-mounted bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. In addition, an extra bed in the living room is possible. Two modern bathrooms (the first with shower and toilet and the second with bathtub and toilet) offer space for the whole family. The bathrooms are tiled, the other living rooms are covered with laminate. Outside the apartment you have a terrace with seating. WiFi is accessible without cost. The apartment can also be used in the cold season as there is heating. Just like you, your dog is welcome with us.

Comfortable apartment in a large villa in an exposed location directly on the forest, which separates the town of Zempin from the beach. Zempin is the smallest of the amber baths on the island of Usedom and has just become more attractive in recent years. Zempin is located between Zinnowitz and Koserow at the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and the backwaters. The white sandy beach and the promenade invite you to swim, relax and stroll. Both can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot through a small coastal forest. You can also explore beautiful excursion destinations by bike. The artist's studio and living space of the painter Otto-Niemeyer-Holstein is very worth mentioning. Here he spent the last years of his most creative life. The studio, also called Lüttenort, is about 5 km towards Koserow / Ahlbeck. In the village there are shops, numerous restaurants and fish smokers and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. A bike rental is right in the Waldstrasse.
