It includes more than 200 attractions and provides our guests with the little extra. All cable cars and public transport can be used for free as well.The apartment is divided in sleeping and living room, whereas the sleeping room offers an extra bed if needed. The modern kitchen comes with fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. A ski and bike storage can be found in the bottom, the parking spots are located in the back of the house.The highlight: The central location directly across the cable car city express. Demandes sans solutions

Appartement propre, sans cachet. Wifi non sécurisé. On devait résoudre ce problème mais cela n’a jamais été fait. Parking aléatoire puisque notre place était pratiquement toujours occupée. Les responsables connaissent le problème.

Dieses Appartement sollte man nicht buchen!

Im Internet wurde geworben, dass es ein tolles Appartement für einen romantischen Aufenthalt zu zweit sei. Weit gefehlt! Nach Ankunft waren Balkon, Tisch und Plastikstühle verschmutzt, das Holzgeländer des Balkons war morsch und Holzstücke brökelten auf den Boden, das Sitzpolster der Küchenbank hatte ein Brandloch. Die Wohnung ist lieblos eingerichtet, 95 % kahle Wände. Die Ausstattung ist dürftig, es gab nicht mal ein Weinglas! Besen, Handfeger und Schaufel fehlten, der Boden blieb schmutzig. Das Appartement befindet sich im selben Haus wie ein arabisches Restaurant, aus dem ständig Kochgerüche kamen. Mein Parkplatz für 10 €/Tag war ständig besetzt von Gästen des Restaurants. Ich habe mit dem Besitzer des Restaurants gesprochen, dessen Auto selbst auf meinem Parkplatz stand. Er meinte, dass er das dürfe, da das mit der Agentur WErent abgesprochen sei. Die Krönung des ganzen Aufenthalts aber war die Kommunikation mit Megan von der Rezeption WErent in Zell am See. Sie hat total unfreundlich auf meine Reklamationen reagiert und nur auf mein Drängen hin etwas unternommen. Diese Frau hat völlig ihren Beruf verfehlt und versteht vom Kundenservice rein gar nichts! Im Gegensatz zum Reinigungspersonal Anita und Dragon, die so tolle Menschen sind und mir sehr geholfen haben!
