Großzugiger Grundriss, einfache Ausstattung

Die Wohnung hat einen zeitgemäßen großzügigen Grundriss. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Umgebung ist aufgrund der Lage zwischen Bahnstrecke und Hauptverkehrsstraße sehr laut. Das Mobiliar ist sehr einfach und müsste mal erneuert werden. Das Raumklima ist, zumindest im Sommer eine Katastrophe. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden Arbeiten an der Fassade und der angrenzenden Dachfläche durchgeführt. Lüften war deshalb nur eingeschränkt möglich.
