There is a spacious bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate WC. The spacious living area with flat-screen TV and a view of the wooden roof truss is a cosy place to relax. There you will also find the well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils. A south-facing balcony and a 50 sqaremeter sun terrace with garden furniture form the outdoor area.
