This is a nice holiday home on a small-scale park in Zeewolde. There is enough space for 7 adults and 1 child under 10 years old, and there is a spacious garden surrounding the house. You can take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool in the summer. You won't need to be bored for a moment in this region! The park is located on the edge of the Horsterwold, the largest deciduous forest in Western Europe, with numerous walking and cycling opportunities. You will find the beach and harbour in Zeewolde itself, but a day at Walibi is also more than worth it. In the region, you can also play tennis and golf or go windsurfing, sailing and fishing. The living room and the open kitchen are on the ground floor. You will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom here. On the 1st floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. A spacious garden surrounds the house, and there is a stone terrace with attractive furniture. Stays longer than 2 weeks are available on request. Cleaning takes place weekly. An optional utilities and service package of EUR 230,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
