Très bonne experience. Literie de bonne qualitę, buffet varié petit dejeuner et diner. On avait pris la demi-pension. Prevoir le taxi ou une oocation de voiture pour les repas en dehors de l'hôtel car pas de restauration à proximité en dehors de l'hôtel. Personnel et équipe d'animation sympathique. Des animations toute la journée et club enfant. Par contre la musique est forte au bord de la piscine la journée. Plage agreable avec du sable et des transats.

Très bon séjour à ZARZIS et dans cet hôtel

Très bonne équipe d'animation (chacun a son style et ils sont attachants) et un chorégraphe extraordinaire car doué et très gracieux. Bonne animation et bons spectacles! Ils ont tous et toutes été très sympathiques. Les personnels de l'hôtel était également serviables et sympathiques (femmes de ménage, serveurs du restaurant, barmen, à l'accueil). Je n'ai pas essayé le spa, mais je pense que cela doit être également bien! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable (d'autant que nous n'étions qu'à 35 % de taux d'occupation mi Août/début Septembre),et plein de rires, de musique et de soirées de danse. Belle piscine et belle plage, dommage quelques rochers! Bel hôtel qui vieillit un peu (dans les SdB), mais reste à la hauteur de sa réputation. La restauration est correcte et très bonne lors des buffets à thème + goûters sympathiques. Très bon 1 er séjour et je vous le recommande vivement pour vous éclater!!! J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir Corinne

L’albergo è molto bello، piscina molto bella e ben mantenuta، la spiaggia invece necessità di pulizia per rendere più facile l’accesso, qualcosa si potrebbe fare per migliorare la qualità dei prodotti per la prima colazione. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, ottima squadra d’animazione. Ci ritornerei più che volentieri.

Hotel agréable mais un peu cher par rapport aux hotels voisins et pour une prestation semblable. Accueil agréable et personnel sympathique. Dommage que la plage soit si étroite , on est un peu les uns sur les autres et il n'y a pas assez de parasols par rapport à la demande.

Tout d’abord je tiens à remercier le personnel qui font ce qu’ils peuvent avec les moyens qui leurs sont donnés. Accueillant mais le professionnalisme reste à désirer. Mon expérience c’est que je n’avais jamais été hébergé dans un tel hôtel 4*, je dirai que c’était un 2*. Premier abord impossible de dormir la nuit, le passage des clients plus leurs conversations vous empêchent de dormir, sans oublier les ébats amoureux de vos voisins de chambres, donc pas d’insonorisation. Le restaurant il y a des choses insupportables et inimaginables. Le distributeur de café c’est du café soluble, le jus d’orange c’est de la poudre chimique mélangée à de l’eau pareil pour le jus de citron, toutes les boissons à base d’alcool sont coupées avec de l’eau. Etc.. et j’en passe pour le repas très pendant tout mon séjour les plats les servis c’étaient des pâtes et du riz dans toutes leurs compositions accompagnement poulet et bœuf et de temps en temps du poisson surgelé. Pour terminer tout était payant. Un jus d’orange 3 dinars, un double expresso 6 dinars, un whisky 12 dinars. Enfin je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hôtel même si le cadre est agréable et magnifique. Disons en gros j’ai été déçu.

1) Personnel dédié, volontaire mais non formé, non managé. Manque d’encadrement. 2) une clientèle spécifique non éduquée, irrespectueuse tant vis-à-vis du site que des équipes et autres nationalités de clientèle. Expérience désastreuse sur ce plan. Il nous semble qu’il suffirait de peu pour que la qualité et une prestation au niveau soient atteints.

Respect du client

Le personnel en restauration ainsi que celui au bar, ne sont pas professionnel du tout. Aucun sens de la clientèle de sourire pendant son service. Des files a ne plus en finir pour se servir, favorise systématiquement le client de type européen et Asie de l'est face au client de type Afrique du Nord ce qui montre clairement un dénigrement de la personne et une segregassion vers l'autre . Je n'ose pas citer l'exemple du café berbère répétant à chaque client" privé" "privé", comme si ce mot définissait une sorte de pass VIP , ou d'une acceptation spécial venue d'ailleurs. Alors qu'il aurait était plus agréable avant tout échange de dire bonjour , je me permets de vous préciser que notre café berbère est suivi d'un coût n'ont compris à votre séjour. Je précise quand même dans cet confusion que je n'ai jamais gouté de café turc aussi bon que chez celui-ci. Heureusement que le personnel de l'accueil lui a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme à la hauteur de notre attente. Surtout relevant du fait principal qui est l'écoute du client.

Cadre irréprochable, gentillesse du personnel également. Piscine superbe Pour le reste... Matelas lit bébé à ressort... (gros ressort) pas de micro onde pour les petits pots de bébé Queue interminable au restaurant pour à l'arrivée ne plus rien avoir! Nourriture tous les jours La même chose pâte et riz... Déjeuner et 4h faut s'accrocher pour avoir des crêpes minimum 30 minutes de queue Beaucoup de russes et de locaux

Nous avons séjourné ds cet Hotel en 2014 c était excellent mais cette fois ci tout a changé vers la médiocrité rien n'est bien à l'exception de la plage qui est toujours magnifique
